No Beauty That We Should Desire Him

Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. A Time, Times and Half a Time

I may or may not be commenting on the last days here, but I don’t doubt what I have to say here will be interpreted Apocalyptically to some, as it does involve the end of the rule of flesh. The universally accepted interpretation of the term “time” in this verse of Revelation Chapter 12 is one year, and the whole period “time, times and half a time” is the same three and a half years spoken of by the prophet Daniel.
